RANGER 500
Starting at $11,599 CA MSRP

Built for refined comfort and excellent value, to work all day.

2019 RANGER 500 SAGE GREEN is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 284.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Basic and does the job! After a tough hunting season last year due to not being able to easily reach my spot, I had to find a solution fir this year and going forward. I started to check out various side by side options and narrowed down to just the simple and basic 500. It was a good value and is capable of whatever my needs are so far. I routinely fill the bed with feed bags and tools and often tow a trailer around the property. I have no issues at all and I am very happy that I’ve bought it. It’s given me a lot of freedom to access the property and not scratch up my truck. I sometimes wish I would have bought a crew for the extra space but that need in minimal. I thought that possibly the 500 might be too small of an engine and have yet to be disappointed in its performance. I went basic and it worked for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reasonable Medium Duty Work UTV We have put our 2018 Ranger 500 through the initial paces, and found it to meet our needs as expected. We have encountered a few minor mechanical issues so far that the dealer has not yet remedied, but nothing that has made the machine non-operational (bad alignment, coolant consumption, shifting problems). We have some concerns about long term dependability, but we will continue to use the machine until it fails us. Our biggest complaint so far is that leaving the dealer in stock condition, the unit does not do much more than go from A to B. We have had to add an additional several hundred dollars worth of accessories to provide what we consider to be the minimum in storage, lighting, electrical capacity, etc. The stock bed offers no tie down points, and the interior/dash is mostly wasted space as there is no means to secure any items there either, except the very small glove compartment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy Purchased to work around farm and for fun. Perfect size for my needs. Great engine and drivetrain. Love the turf mode for work aroun the yard. Had a small handling problem but the dealer took care of it and everything is fine. Wish accessories weren’t so expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goes anywhere I got it in March. Works great for the deer lease. Only regret i wish I had gotten a full size ranger.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little more attention during the build process Overall I'm very happy with the machine, but as I installed wiring to support operation of a winch, I found several primary wire bundles resting directly on the rack and pinion mounting hardware. These would certainly have led to electrical failure in months/years ahead. Also, electronics (fuse block and ECU) are mounted directly in line with mud/water spatter. Recommend, as I did, installing a guard to deflect the inevitable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Game Changer We bought a new property in the southwest Texas Hill Country in May 2019. Those who don't know the temp. reaches the mid 90s and 100s by late June. Without the Ranger we would not have had the property ready to hunt. We have used the Ranger to haul, tow and just to get us from one side to the other of the property setting up hunting sites. The Ranger was a game changer! Sept. 28th is opening day for archery and we are ready!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Runs so much better than my cub cadet I like the ranger. At times I have to turn the key several times to start it but it runs great. I wish that a rear view mirror was standard equipment as it is a safety thing. We bought one online later. We had a wind shield put on it and love it going through bushes. In the summer I think I would like it without one so I get wind to cool me but have no place safe to store it. I wish also that it had a hand bar by the drivers seat because getting out with the door mesh in the way can catch one’s foot causing a fall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Fun I've had the ranger for about 3 months and really enjoy it. It handles well on and off the road. The only complaint I have is the amount of dust that comes into the cab. I recently purchased a rear window and this seems to be helping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect work vehicle I bought the Polaris to work about 10 acres of land. It is more than up to the task. I think it would take driving it into the pond to get stuck it’s that solid.
Date published: 2018-06-01
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too noisy Vehicle is too noisy. Shifting gears awkward and transmission slow to respond. Also, changing the oil more difficult than on my old Ranger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving my Polaris ranger I bought my ranger for hunting purposes. I was fortunate to put it to use hauling out two deer this past season. Loving my ranger

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Side by Side 500 2018 I got it for Christmas and I love it. There are many accessories that make this fun.
Date published: 2018-03-06
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointments with the Polaris 500 I bought this three months ago and while I am generally pleased there are some issues with it that disappoint me. First, I find the engine hard to start in cold weather. Perhaps they need to move from a 500cc single to a twin. I have had a 500 cc thumper and they are not fun. Second, the stock tires that come with the base unit are, in my opinion, junk. They do not turn well and the front end skids when turning (on asphalt, grass or dirt). Replacement tires that might be better are absurdly expensive. I use this on our ranch and the stock tires are not very good at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine! I wanted something I could take care of my hunting property and also use it for hunting. I can't believe how good the suspension is. It has gone through places I would never have believed without getting stuck. I don't think I will ever have to use the winch I put on it. One reason I bought it is because my friend has had a Polaris Ranger for 14 years and has only had to replace the belt. His grandchildren have put his Ranger thru the ringer and it is still going strong.
Date published: 2019-04-05
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too noisy, but ok otherwise I bought my Ranger about 2 months ago after purchasing 60 acres of land adjoining my house. Land includes some wet, swampy land. The Ranger has served me well and has not bogged down or gotten stuck in the mud yet. My only complaint is that the Ranger is too noisy.
Date published: 2019-12-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and reliable Got this for Christmas to be used for snow plowing my quarter mile driveway. It did not let me down. Had a 17 inch snow storm and this machine performed with flying colors. Waiting for the spring and summer months to enjoy around the yard and through the woods.
Date published: 2019-03-28
Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable ride -- short on leg room Using it to look for asparagus during summer months and carrying fishing supplies to my fish house during winter months. Very comfortable ride BUT could stand a little more leg room and I'm not a big guy. Like the box for carrying propane tanks, ice auger and other odds and ends --- works great for hauling supplies to the deer stand in the fall -- all season vehicle --- very handy. Even though it's only a 500 it has plenty of power for my uses.
Date published: 2020-01-29
Rated 4 out of 5 by from First Polaris Pro - Excellent starter vehicle; good power; excellent acceleration and top speed; good gas mileage; stable. Con - A little loud; instrumentation not very visible; gas cap easily crossthreads (needs immediate correction); accessories expensive.
Date published: 2018-10-22
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Honest review Power is great and ability to haul loads. The only con is that there is not enough protection to keep the engine or front under the hood from getting dirty. Some cheap plastic shrouds would easily fix this. Same as what vehicles have on them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Great Machine I purchased this machine 4 months ago. It hasn’t had any problems. Has all the power and comfort I need for its intended purpose. My primary use is retrieving deer, preparing tree stands, and dragging/mowing food plots. Would have given 5 stars if it had the pulse wiring system for accessories. I love the size of the midsized utv. Our woods has tight trails and it fits perfect and plenty of power. Also fits into a 6x10’ open trailer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun and a strong work horse I bought my 2018 Polaris Ranger 500, in March 2018. I use it almost every weekend pulling a trailer around with trash in it has no problems. And I think me and my wife trail riding on it still has no problems
Date published: 2018-06-24
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Manure toting special Bought this to help with barn work, especially stalls. It was a great help in the winter. Very utilitarian around the yard. Not much recreational trail use but will when I get some trails made.
Date published: 2018-06-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real workhorse I purchased about three months ago. Should have done it years ago. I'm 70 years old and the Ranger has been perfect for assisting me in clearing brush and trees around my property, from hauling brush to dragging small logs. I am very happy with this vehicle. My wife even enjoys driving it. I would however get the power steering if I was to do it again. It steers fine without, but need to work a bit harder at slow speeds.
Date published: 2019-03-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Satisfactory I've been very pleased with the vehicle's ability to navigate hilly and muddy terrain. I've not been pleased with the vagueness of gear selection and a persistent odor of gas.
Date published: 2018-06-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Practical and fun! I would give 5 stars but the only issue I've been having is when shifting into reverse it's sometimes hard to find the gear and it slams into reverse very hard.
Date published: 2018-07-30
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun, workhorse Purchased this against my wife’s objections, she said I did not need another toy. She now declares it a necessary expense for maintaining our property.
Date published: 2018-11-11
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs Nothing to add except i love it Only other thing is we use them on our farming and cattle ranching and they hold up better than the other brands
Date published: 2018-06-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun ride, good utility vehicle for yard work My wife and grand daughter loves it. I use it every weekend for yard work. Only complaint I have is the reverse gear is hard to find at times
Date published: 2018-08-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from extremely valuable for ranching Absolute necessity to get things done on a ranch. Moving livestock, feeding checking fences and water, checking on crops and other errands.
Date published: 2020-03-28
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work and play Good ride and very functional with the dump bed in the back. Cab is roomy for the size. Rides and handles well on trails.

RANGER 570
Starting at $12,399 CA MSRP

Built for power and value in a compact package, to work and play harder.

2019 RANGER 570 SAGE GREEN is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 353.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good choice for me. I purchased this in the fall for hunting season. The mid size 570 gets through tight spots with no problem and got me through the deep muddy areas near the swamp. My hunting spot is 1/2 mile from the road and I usually canoe in. Shoulder surgery ruled out paddling and a bum knee ruled out walking so this was plan B. Best move I ever made. If you are thinking about getting one of these you will not be sorry. I added the roof, windshield, and winch and sprung for the camo. Great looking machine and goes anywhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from THE RUBBER ON THE TRAILS!!! Its been a couple of months with my 570 ranger and cannot be more over joyed except for one problem .. The factory installs 4 ply tires that are less than adequate for a trail ..8 ply or higher should be standard as the first day i was out i got a puncture in the woods...Thank god the people I was riding with carry plugs!!! The rest of the machine was flawless but the TIRES need to be addressed as standard equipment to atleast have 8 ply or better ...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Must do better! I spent a lot Time & Money to get it where it should of been from the factory! Like keeping mud out of battery area, and a a lot of other areas. Should have had a lot more though!! Chains! Yes some of us use these in the Winter! Had to put spacer on front and back for clearance. Once again NO thought! I really think that the people making these do NOT use them! O Yes the NOISE the very loud engine noise. This should have never happened from the factory! Just fix this for the consumer doesn't have to!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great machine overall I purchased the Ranger 570 midsize a few months ago and have been very satisfied with the machine. We use it to work so far but I want to get it out on some trails soon. I'm very happy with this machine it has done everything I've asked and has surprised me with it's power and agility. My only complaints so far, the rear sway bar come apart on the passenger side due to loose bolts and I found no nut on the lower shock bolt on the same side. All of this fixed by calling the dealer quickly and without charge. I have found this machine to be what I expected and more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lacking I bought this unit thinking polaris was the leader in utility side by sides. Needless to say ignorance is bliss. Not to brand bash, but once I really looked at the can am defender, I traded. Fit, finish, quality, ease of maintenance, cost, repair cost, storage, so many things...... I feel sorry for polaris if people start looking closely at can am in the utility market.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost perfect. I am happy with my purchase. The buggy drives well. My only complaint would be the gear shifter. It doesn’t want to go into gear and the gears are “mushy”. I know numerous others who have this same issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty Disapointed Knock in motor or transmission. Dealer has been unable to find the noise.
Date published: 2018-04-10
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good machine I really like my new 570, it run great , shift great, quite and air flow into the cab is very little with the back and front windows on. I have not notice any dust flying back into the cab with or without windows in place. My only complaint is not having back fenders or something in place to keep the mud from splashing all up underneath the seat area. I had to make some mud guards to help keep it out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tony feedback Pretty happy overall. I have a 2016 as well. Better grip on the floor board would be nice. I added skid prevention material. Shifter is stiff. Be nice if it was smoother. All other features are fine. Hard to rate reliability below as I only have 100 miles on it. I general battery life on all of my Polaris's since 2009 has been bad. Something needs done to better isolate them to make them last longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience, keeps breaking down I bought this a couple months ago as a vehicle for my farm. The vehicle is not used hard or very often and when I need it most it won’t start up or the power steering cuts off. Have brought it in multiple times to have issues fixed and it has never been fixed correctly. This vehicle is an absolute lemon.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for yard work. I bought this a few months ago. Is great for yard work. Sucks for trails. No ground clearance and not much suspension travel. Bottomed out on frame and control arms a lot. It is easy to get in and out of. I think this is a very purpose based perchase. If you are buying for work and play i would buy a different machine. If you are buying it for yard work around the house or farm i think it serves that purpose at an entry level price point. I would like to see more stereo options from polaris for this machine. There is clearly a place under the dash to mount speaker pods yet polaris doesn't offer any.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough machine I purchased the 2018 Ranger 570 Midsize mainly to help blaze a UTV/golf cart road on my four acre wooded New Hampshire hillside property where a wheelbarrow and a pickup just can't go. The ground is uneven and steep at times with soft ground and large rock. The power of the 570 makes hauling a bed full of firewood up the hill effortless and the front and rear independent suspension makes the uneven ground just plain fun to traverse. I never thought rock crawling was so much fun. This is a great vehicle for land management and recreation. My only regret is not getting one of these a long time ago. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Utility Side by Side We bought our Ranger in September as a replacement for our golf cart on our property. We did everything with the golf cart such as property maintenance, hunting, hauling, and generally just cruising around. The main limitations of out cart that influenced our decision to buy the Ranger was hauling and towing, and having to stop to re-charge the batteries. With our Ranger, we now have better range, and exceptionally increased towing and hauling ability. Add in a more comfortable ride and increased power we now have a more enjoyable experience doing our "chores" and riding our trails. We optioned a roof, front and rear windshields, and recently added a door kit. Now the weather doesn't hold us back from enjoying our Ranger anytime of the year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Concerns over noise in rear end and dependability My ranger is 6 months old and will soon have 50 hours. I will be taking to dealer. Very concerned, have made dealer aware to address at 50 hour service, noise in rear end that comes and goes. Getting worse over time. Very concerned that it will break after warranty off. I keep my Polaris in garage and very gentle, as a woman driver. Very disappointed about the dependability issue given the high cost. I have read reviews where others had same issue and had to pay for their own repairs after warranty expired. I've had a Honda 4 wheeler for 18 years and no problems. I would like an extended guarantee on the transmission as it is internal issues. (Have never even pulled anything? no large tires, no bog holes, stop totally when changing gears). No abuse. Dealer is been very nice and I have much respect for Jason at dealership. I trust they will help me, but please give an extension on this problem until we know it is totally resolved and trustworthy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Wife Time in the Outdoors We purchased this in the fall of 2019, my wife never liked going in our f350 to explore our back yard, for her it was intimidating to be in a large truck on narrow logging roads. After this purchase I can finally share the experience and joy that comes with exploring our back country with my wife!........so for that reason alone this was priceless!! and such a reliable product, as you can see fear conquered!!! Thank you Polaris

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good little workhorse. I bought this a short time ago and use it daily around the property which includes a vineyard. I bought the midsize model in order to get between the rows of vines. This is my second Ranger and this is the exactly the same configuration as my first Ranger. That should tell you something.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for landowners! Gets me all over our little piece of the world. Gets me over the rough areas the hogs have rooted up. Gets through the squishy and swampy areas after it rains. Herds cattle, does doggy joy rides, hauls firewood, etc. I'm very pleased with our purchase, no regrets!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Comfort and Performance Performance, comfort and handling are my 570’s strong points. Would like a bit more ground clearance. Love the lock n ride functionality of adding or removing accessories such as the dual gun scabbards that just clear the two medium size dog kennels.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Has some problems I am not happy with a lot of features with this machine. Very hard to clean mud off, took 2 1/2 hr. to wash it after going through mud. Mud gets in everywhere, including all the spaces on the underneath of the box. Hard on fuel. A, lot of heat comes up behind the seats, so much we had to stuff our coats in there to make it bearable. Think it has some design flaws.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it..... I bought this machine in June and it’s been a pleasure. My only gripe is the cost of accessories. I can buy a comparable size TV for the same price I paid for the roof. This is exorbitant and not fair to those who buy your product
Date published: 2019-08-20
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Machine I am happy with my Ranger now that I have out fitted the base model I purchased. I still think that they are a bit pricey for what you get with them. You either have to spend a lot to fit out a base model or, pay a lot more for a better equipped model. I believe that quality and reliability are of the utmost importance and I'm not very happy that the machine takes multiple tries to get it started when cold. It never starts on the first try when it's cold and, the stock battery seems very week for a machine that needs a lot of accessories in order to function as a true utility vehicle. Once it is running, the power, comfort, handling and other base features are great. Hopefully, the starting will get better as the engine breaks in. I added a second battery to run electrical accessories and added many other items to make it perform the way I want it to. All in all, I'm happy with it so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EPS a MUST. So much more enjoyable Nice, comfortable, easy for my wife to steer, roomy for 2, plenty of payload a great all around machine. Price was good for what you receive. Like the endless accessories available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The upgrade. Bought this unit to replace 1995 Polaris 6x6 that threw a drive chain. Didn't have time for repair. Plus, like that it is side by side so easier to ride. Always own Polaris units

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need leg room I bought less than 3 months ago and am selling due to insufficient body and leg room. Getting in and out is too tight. Constantly hitting knees on dash protrusion below steering column. When putting it in park, the shifter lands on my knee. Poor design. Also gussets around hitch and material thickness, too light and sloppy edges from burning parts

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ranger review Reasonably happy with most features of this machine, the turning circle of the machine is bad, always thinking I should be able to turn but end up reversing and it is really bad to get into reverse, you think it is in reverse and you end up revving it up and going no where!! apart from that pleased with the machine.

RANGER EV
Starting at $14,599 CA MSRP

Built for an ultra-quiet, electric ride with RANGER® capability.

2019 RANGER EV AVALANCHE GRAY is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 64.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid stable ride Got a side-by-side with the small cargo bed. Perfect for harvesting pumpkins, hauling work materials, etc. in areas I don't want to trample with a larger vehicle. The EV aspect is great! One less IC engine to maintain, and in my area the electric power includes a lot of hydro and renewable sources. Once I get my own solar up, it will be nearly free to drive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally Polaris makes an electric UTV I bought the Ranger EV 3 months ago. There was only 3 in the state of Texas. I went to Houston. It was well worth it. This UTV is perfect for use in my Rv park and checking fence on the ranch in the back. Lots of grease zerts for maintenance and frame is well designed for access to batteries. No more concerns with air filters, fuel filters, oil filters, gas cans sitting around or gas going stale. I can say after getting the suspension lubed this machine is super stealth. I ride up on tenants without them hearing me coming. I ride through the woods and see way more wild life, the 4 legged kind. I use it every day. It has over 60 hours now in 3 months. I put in on the charger at 35% about every 10 days or 3 times a month. Plug it in at 9pm and it is ready to deploy by 6-7am. I have shown it to lots of people. Polaris should send me a commission.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Polaris EV So far my EV has done as asked. I enjoy sneaking through our woods as quiet as the tires rolling. I have hauled 300# of corn in the back with 2 fat guys up front and mission accomplished. There is a lot of spots that will collect mud and that concerns me..I am worried about carrying the charger on board and it constantly getting wet but we will see.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Machine I bought it about 8 months ago and I have not been disappointed. The battery life is very long and it has lots of power. I would have rated it 5 stars except it is noisier in 4 wheel drive. It is very quiet in two wheel drive, but makes a grinding noise in 4 wheel drive. Deal said it is a common noise that will not affect performance, but I have not owned it long enough to know for sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Is comfortable ride, but clunky I've had my EV 9 months. it squeeze in the drive train sometimes. it has a slight clunk occasionally. putting it into reverse for a few feet, usually correct the clunky drive. the tires are not very aggressive, so muddy hills are sometimes not possible. the ride is great! seating and storage are good. Lights are too bright, it would be nice to have dimmers or red light alternatives. Also have some control over the rear lights being on all the time the key is on. This is a hunting vehicle!!, lights are not generally good.
Date published: 2018-06-01
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great power and utility, mediocre fit and finish I bought this sight unseen during the current pandemic, based on many online reviews and videos. The electric power is amazing and is the reason I chose this vehicle. I use it for many jobs around our ten acre property and have been amazed at how useful and powerful it is. The ride is great and no emissions or engine noise is just wonderful. I only need to charge it once a week and even then it's still at three-quarters fully charged or so. I use it daily. The dump bed is very effective and can dump a full 500 lb load easily. Dislikes: the mechanical quality is great (although the turning circle is very large!) and it's well built but the cabin quality is very poor. The switches are cheap and look like something from the seventies. The plastic panel holding the charging indicator and the headlight switch is roughly cut, fits poorly, rattles, and appears to be held in place with drywall screws, one in each corner. There is no odometer or speedometer so I had to add an inexpensive unit I purchased on amazon and required only power (gps operated) - come on Polaris, why so cheap to leave this off? The charging is too aggressive and causes battery boil over so I had to change the algorithm (found it online) to slow the charging. Another cheap-out is the lack of a charging outlet. To charge you have to open the hood and fish out a power cord to plug into your extension cord. I replaced this cheap approach with a panel mounted male power connector which I can easily and safely plug into. Also, the manual is just the gas ranger manual and most of it doesn't apply. There is no detail in the manual on the specifics of the ev model (for example, the charging algorithm, when to charge, how low to run the battery, etc) . Very poor. I would recommend the purchase and I like the utility of the vehicle but I expect more for the high price of the electric version.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good reliable machine Good reliable machine. I would like to have the batteries easier to service and less gearbox noise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All good except battery access Everything about the EV was as expected with the exception of battery access for maintenance. Checking and topping off water in the cells is rather difficult and time-consuming. A watering device engineered to enable efficient access to the cells and topping off should’ve been included with the vehicle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Reliability The controller unit went out after only 3 months and it took over two months to get the replacement part. It would have been much longer had Mountain Motor Sports not found the part on their own. Now after having it back for less then 2 weeks it went out again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plenty of power I enjoy the ease of using my electric polaris but I absolutely dislike having to expose the engine by opening the hood to charge the batteries. Which also puts the hood in danger of cracking. The hardship of filling the batteries with water is a total design flaw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use it daily We are an Electric Utility and try to use EV units when we can. We purchased the Ranger EV as part of our EV commitment to the community and planet. So far the Ranger has performed as expected with no issues. It is fun to drive and we are looking to purchase additional units in 2020.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my Ranger EV! We bought this so that my husband would have an easier time getting around our property. He needed both knees replaced and couldn't walk well. This is one of the best things that we have ever bought. It helps us out a lot. We do not go off roading, just around our property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I imagined. I upgraded from an ATV to the Ranger EV to pull a field mower and run gear around my acreage and couldn't be happier. Because I have to drive it slowly when mowing I added an after market power steering unit. I wish it was a Polaris option feature.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from powerful for electric The big problem is there to many open crevices and opening that get mud in there. The bed has honey cones under it that just cant get cleaned. There must be something done about the design or panels that need to be added.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Over all good vehicle We have 13 of them in service at our industrial facility. They are over all doing good. The only concerns we have are the brakes don't last well at all and the batteries need replaced every year or so on the units we run the most. (24 hour a day operation)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ranger EV We purchased this EV after reading reviews and comparing the other brands. We had a couple issues early on, but our dealer took care of those right away and have been very pleased since. I was concerned about run time in the cold weather, but we never had any problems. The EV has a lot of power when you engage the 4WD and low range.

RANGER 570 Full-Size
Starting at $12,199 CA MSRP

Built for unmatched quality, performance, and value, with comfort for 3.

2019 RANGER 570 Full-Size Sage Green is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 287.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what I need, but has some issues Bought my Ranger 570 full size over the summer. I'm pleased with it mostly, but there are a few things that a lacking or are problems. 1. My model didn't come with a winch plate. I had to buy an after market winch plate to install a winch. This should be standard feature on a UTV or an ATV. 2. Placing the gear into reverse is terrible, it consistently will not go into reverse smoothly. I have to play with the gear shift to ensure it goes into reverse; It still grinds until I hit it right. Could be just a linkage adjustment on this issue. 3. Loud metal on metal vibration is heard, might be the exhaust heat shielding. Hard to tell. Other than these issues, I am pleased with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a happy camper We bought this in April. Already we've had issues with the gas tank gauge not working properly. Reverse is difficult to get into from Park. Over the weekend the CV shaft fell out. We hear grinding, banging and smell hot brakes. We were told this model had upgrades and would do everything our previous 700 would do. Nope. Haven't seen that yet. We had our 700 for 10 years and never had half the issues the entire time we owned it that we are having now in the first 3 months. I will not buy a 570 again and I'm not sure I will go with the Polaris model again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and cons I like the size and features. I do not like the clunkyness of the gear shifter and the difficulty in getting it into the correct gear.
Date published: 2018-10-12
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice machine needs a few improvments The items that need to be addressed to make it a great machine 1) the shift handle or mechanism need to be redesigned. 2) the machine should come with some type of mud flap in front of the back set of tires to keep the mud out of the battery and muffler area.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs improvement I bought this 3months ago and I like it, but the black seats are extremely hot in the summer.oil level hard to read on dip stick.turning radius could be tighter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As described. Smooth ride I purchased this a few months ago. I'm happy with it, but wife doesn't like it very much. The seat height isn't adjustable so it's hard to control the throttle and maintain a steady speed if you're under 5' 6". I'm not sure if it's just my Ranger or not but when you accelerate in forward or reverse it's not very smooth.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from average This full size 570 is in the old 800 chassie which is fine but the accessories options for it just suck compared to the xp chassies. So if you want any type of add ons I would go with the xp chassie. I cannot believe they would even offer this chassie any more with such few options

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great dual purpose machine. I bought this Ranger about 3 months ago. I love it over all. It's tough, reliable and smooth riding in the roughest terrain. Only small issue is putting it into gear. It will show on the indicator it's in gear but it's really between gears. You have to get a feel for it. Otherwise at this early stage I love it.All the competition kept comparing their machines to the Polaris. I want the industry leader.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should have bought one of these years ago We purchased our Ranger 4 months ago just prior to my husband having foot surgery. I knew I was going to have to take care of our horse farm while he recuperated, and thought that the Ranger would be very useful for me. It has been a lifesaver in allowing me to be able to do so many chores; moving hay and feed, checking pastures, treating pastures for fire ants, checking fence lines after storms and the list goes on and on. My only negative is that shifting gears is sometimes kind of hard for me, it requires more force than I would have expected. And..... if I had to do it over again, I would have purchased the model of Ranger that had power steering. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our Ranger and expect to be able to enjoy her (Ruby), for many years to come. Yes.... we gave her a name.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Noisy Generally quite happy with machine but is is noisy. Tried wearing ear protectors. Seat gets hot which is nice in cool weather but hot on warm days. Good work machine and great on logging roads. Plastic windshield I purchased is all scraped already just from cleaning water off. Someone told me I should have got a treated glass one. Dealer gave me a special spray to see if that would help but not effective at all. Fin scratches that reflect the sunlight are a bit bothersome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Base model is a solid performer! Super impressed with the overall capability of the full size 570. I own a trail building company and we have been hauling materials all over at 7000-9000 ft in elevation and while I wouldn’t call the 570 a rally truck if it was any faster my employees would probably get into trouble. We’ve also hauled many loads of dirt to cover up the rockier terrain. Great fuel mileage too. I’m a bit skeptical that all the plastic accessories will hold up over time but nothing broke this summer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value Have had my 570 full size for a couple of months, you get your money's worth, but would definitely get one with power steering in the future. Also, the full size is a bit cumbersome on narrow trails, power steering might help with this. Would recommend a windshield as well, unfortunately, the price of these is prohibitive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great ride, not so good if want any accessories I and my family love riding around in this vehicle. The downside are none of the accessories such as doors, windshields, enclosures etc are made for the round bars, everything is after market and just ok. The vehicle itself is great, has done everything we’ve asked of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Ranger 570 My Ranger has adapted well to country living, whether hauling sacks of feed, fencing tools or just driving to our other property. Handles well, and love that I can load feed sacks directly from the pickup into the box. Definitely surpasses our old ATV..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fun for the price I bought the 570 full size at the end of October, just as the 2019 models came out. I bout the full size because it has three seats that comfortably sit myself, my wife, and our grandson. The Ranger has been surprisingly powerful and it has no problems operating at the 9000 foot level. It is easy to get in and out of and does exceptionally well in both snow and rocky trails. We have driven this machine offroad all day and never used more than 1/2 a tank of fuel. The fourwheel drive system is a little strange, but goes through everything. So far my only real complaint is that it has no kind of low gear for hill descent. If you go down a very steep hill the tranny goes into free spool and you only have brakes to slow you down- there is no gear or engine breaking. On the plus side the brakes on the Ranger 570 are extremely effective

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ride Shifter sucks you haft to move it up and down to try to get it in the right gear. everything rattles, seat looks like a banana curled up on passenger side and driver side its cheap I was thinking if u sit on it alot and it would go down, not!!! ,Its brand new i think battery is too small turns over slow,i think wrong battery was installed when they got it right out of the crate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value Been driving this ride for 3 months now. Great overall bike. Been through some thick mud and it was tough to get her stuck. Added some custom mud flaps to keep the mud from flying all over the battery and fuel tank. The shifter lever is a little wonky. But besides that ita awesome. Dump box is great for hauling wood and tools. Enough power to get you through the thick stuff. I love my bike. Thinking about getting doors now that its chilly out. So many options available. Awesome bike!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I shopped for a long time, considered many brands and models, and settled on the Ranger 570 Full Size for my campground maintenance vehicle. I just couldn’t find more value for the money than this. I use my Ranger daily at my campground - hauling firewood, picking up trash, spreading gravel, and just getting back and forth. My campers love it and so do I. I would highly recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from mostly good I have been quite happy with the new ride. It is fast, easy to drive and handy as all get out! I throw everything in this thing. I do have a few issues with it. Finding reverse can be a bit of a pain but I can deal with that. It doesn't start well in the cold. It only has to be near freezing and it stalls in seconds. I wish it had an external choke.

RANGER 1000
Starting at $15,899 CA MSRP

Built with the ultimate combination of price and performance to conquer your UTV needs.

2020 RANGER 1000 SAGE GREEN is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 309.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great vehicle overall We purchased this as a 45th anniversary gift to ourselves in June 20. We initially had an issue with the fan however the dealer where we purchased was amazing and came immediately back to our house, picked up the bike back, repaired it and delivered it back. The first week we had the bike, a family member accidentally tore the vinyl bottom of the door panel; we did contact Polaris directly to see if they would allow us to purchase a new door panel at cost since we had only had the vehicle for 3 days, however they declined. Overall we are extremely happy with the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Riding into the sunset with my Sunset Red 1000 After 4 months, enjoying the Ranger 1000 Premium. This is my first UTV. Glad I waited until the 1000 debuted. It has all the features I was needing for farm and ranch use. Have added the front and rear wind shields, top, front and rear HD bumpers, rear view mirror, and horn. All Polaris brand products. Only questionable quality concern is the shifting. Sometimes hard to shift into the correct gear. Not sure if this will get better with age or worse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ranger 1000 camo Thus far Ranger seems ok. Got to make sure you get in gear, it does not always just shift into Forward or reverse easy.? i am disappointed i did not buy glass windshield that opens up. It gets pretty hot in June/July , i'd rather run my 4 wheelers when its 85 plus degrees. But this fall and winter it will be nice working cows and hunting. As of now that is the only change i would make in the options i chose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Farm Workhorse I bought this in January for moving cut up wood around the property to the area we have for splitting and stacking. I used to use a pick up truck, but this allows me to get to more remote areas and tighter spaces. The power steering is fantastic and makes it easy for my wife and granddaughter to use the ranger for yard work and moving seed and fertilizer. It's the perfect vehicle for our needs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good running not so great put together quality So far the machine has run great but I was missing an a arm guard and the driver side seat wasn’t fully installed correctly. The seat was just butt up to the frame instead of set into the frame via the guarding on the back of the seat. Not sure if they come to the dealers fully put together or not. Not very happy to spend that kind of money and not have a unit that’s fully installed correctly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great asset for the Swift Current Airport CYYN We find the unit very helpful in all areas of Airport operations both winter and summer usage. like the ClearView doors but latches are a bit cumbersome. We installed a hitch to protect the muffler and this does pose a issue when using the dump with hitch in place. Display is hard to read in sun and lack of Reverse lamp indicator light (there is for neutral)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A very capable machine Within the few short months I've had it I've used the heck out of it. However, the real test is yet to come. We bought this for 1. Plowing snow, 2. Hauling stuff, and 3. for use camping. Had to buy a new trailer to haul it (our previous utility trailer was too narrow). The dump bed is a fantastic feature! The only complaints are the gear selector and the throttle. In a car/truck, park is always up (not down like on this vehicle) and the throttle is unpredictable. Never quite sure how much pressure to apply to get it to move.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs Overall, I’m very happy with it. Fits two people comfortably. A large variety of options available for customizing it. Living up north, I chose the winter prep package because I want to be able to use it during the winter months and be comfortable in the cab. Hauls enough for work around my property. Nice and comfortable trail riding. Great for getting to/from Deer blinds, favorite bird hunting spots. And great for scenic rides in the fall colors. Plan to take it Ice fishing this winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid built and plenty of power Used the vehicle for mostly joy riding the first couple weeks to ensure proper break-in. Then put it work helping me clean up my property. The Ranger is fun to drive, has plenty of power to handle everything I’ve thrown at it from skidding trees to pulling the occasional stump. It has excellent ergonomics and comfortable seating. Only maintenance I’ve performed so far is oil and filter change but it does appear that any maintenance will be relatively easy considering the design of the vehicle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2020 Polaris Ranger Enjoying the machine so far. Only one real issue I have is that the decals on the bed have torn very easily I can tear them with my fingernail. Not sure if this is a problem fixed by new decals or if they will tear the same way. I take care of my equipment and keep it clean the decals falling off has really disappointed me. I purchased the machine from Shoals Outdoor Sorts (Florence, AL.) I asked the representative at the dealership about any special offers he failed to mention anything about the “Hero Advantage” when I called back and questioned about it the representative did not know any of the details about the offer and asked to call me back when he responded back he informed me I got a better deal than the “Hero Advantage” and tried to sell me more warranty on top of the extended warranty I already purchased.

RANGER XP 1000
Starting at $20,699 CA MSRP

Built for power and capability, to tackle any job and any trail. It's the toughest RANGER® yet.

2019 RANGER XP 1000 EPS SAGE GREEN is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 885.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from good ride worst investment that I have ever made. It has spent more time on the back of a trailer ( being taken back to the dealership) for repairs then actually driving the dame thing. ps they still haven't fixed it yet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Dissappointed Bought Ranger and when I got home vehicle had a oil leak. I hadn't even ridden in vehicle yet. Polaris gave me "Polaris Cash" to make up for the problem. I bought front brush guard with the money. After fighting for 2 hour trying to install accessory I found out it didn't fit. I returned it to dealer only to have parts guy tell me he hasn't sold one of these kits that has fit. My experience with my Polaris will be my last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ranger Owner For Life! The first Ranger I bought was a 2006 700 XP. I used and abused it. It was my workhorse around the farm and my chariot in the hills chasing chuckar, deer, and elk. I watched new models roll out and saw the improvements made year after year. I finally couldn’t take it anymore. I retired my 2006 and purchased my 2020 1000 XP and have been in love with it since day one. We’ve already had family adventures and put it to work around our acreage. I have no doubt it’ll be the workhorse my 2006 was and will provide me with many years of service that you can come to expect from the Polaris brand. Ranger owner for life, Adam Percifield

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overpriced Golf Cart - Just Average I traded my Sportsman 1000 ATV for this Ranger and wish I'd kept my ATV. I've taken it to Wyoming and use it on my local deer lease but it's lacking HP and some key accessories. I didn't realize how expensive the accessories are for this unit and feel it should have come with the additional features for what I paid for this unit. Also my ATV seemed to have more power and functionality for my purpose. I feel that I made a mistake in purchasing this POLARIS product and should have bought a golf cart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cab and power train Cab is horrible dust and water comes in every where. The ranger has 26 hours on it and it has over heated twice, once it shut down on me and I walked out of the bush And when it took it in to dealer no explanation on why I have had it in several times to get the water leaks fixed and no results apparently Polaris doesn’t want to fix it properly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Ranger Yet! i bought my ranger 1000xp about 3 months ago and i am loving it so far! I had a 2013 800 crew that we bought new and had excellent service out of it. Think new body style and cab is great and it has tons of power and torque. I loo e forward to many years of service out of this one as well. So far I have added the oem roof, rear glass panel, front and rear bumpers, bed mat, floor mats, side steps, and LED headlights. Aftermarket parts include koplin vented windshield, boss sound bar, rough county 4500lb winch and 12” light bar, craftsman toolbox, horn, and the gun grabber gun mount. New hostile wheels and 29” tires are on they way!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice machine I the new body style rangers are very nice. When the new clutching is working properly it’s is awesome set up. I had a 2018 before this one and the primary clutch was junk. It always shifted hard and finally broke the shifter off. I had a guy look at the clutch and he said the machining on the clutch was terrible and it was pretty much a paper weight. When I bought the 2019 it had the hard shifting also. I have since fixed the problem. Overall they are great machines and the clutch/belt are very strong when they work right.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2020 Ranger XP 1000 new My Ranger had issues the first weekend after I purchased it. Unit would drop out of high gear. Went back in for this issue and took 5 days to get back from the shop. I had them install a roof, windshield and rear window upon new, which the windshield leaks. Had 2 order the parts for this repair and sent them to me to install. 200 miles later the clutch stuck in low gear and will not shift. Unit went back in to dealership 4 weeks still don't have it back nor a fix day. Also unit is showing rust on the suspension arms and never seen salt. A very big disappointment when you bought new and pay this kid of money for the unit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but could still be better Took delivery of an '18 Ranger XP1000 in late Nov. 2017 so am one of the first to own this "all new" machine. The creature comforts are a big upgrade over the '17 model. However, even with the all-new clutch system, slow speed "inching" is still terrible as it wants to hobble and lunge ahead. This is annoying when hooking up to trailers or other slow speed ground equipment. Will have to do the Dura-Clutch mod to get it right!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best bang for the buck Bought back in september love the the torque and stance. If your thinking of a 900 dont waste your time or money. The 1000 is a total different animal. Love the performance mode. All around great machine. Only slight problems, a bolt for the passenger seat was loose and the headrest rivet isnt in all the way. My brother bought one before me and his battery cables were loose. And my brother inlaw bought a 900 and after 2 months a bolt backed out of the clutch assembly. But polaris replaced the belt and assembly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Opinion! I bought a 2013 900 brand new enjoyed it very very much never had one problem with it so you guys remodel it restructure so I buy the 2018 1000 never have a problem with it it's a very very wonderful machine well-planned well-designed my 2013 900 compared to my 2018 1000 is night and day only issues I have is accessories very hard to get some of the accessories but not a big deal it's a brand new machine I understand. I did talk to my friends into buying 2018 1000 and they are very very happy with theirs too I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what you guys offer in the future as far as the Polaris Ranger goes. Polaris Ranger has no competition as far as cab system design in my opinion!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice machine We traded up to this in December from the 900 so far after 4 months very happy with the changes we already have 475 hours and 2500 miles on machine the updates where well needed would still like to see a couple more things fixed needs more clearance around rear boots we use daily have to wash mud out every night so it doesn’t freeze at night and tear boots there’s just no place for it to go the cab very nicely improved very little or no dust on gravel roads seem to hold loads and tow better little heavier springs but didn’t sacrifice ride

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great design, poor transmission shifting I bought this unit back in August. The unit has the perfect balance of handling and engine power. The only downside that I dislike about it is the transmission shifting into gear. There are several times I had to turn off the engine in order to shift the gear from reverse to park because it was stuck in reverse. Another dislike I had was when I'm at stop on a slope, the unit tends to roll backwards. It seems to lack control when in that position. The two stars are for performance and look. I would have given a five if I had not experienced the rolling backwards at an incline stop and the shifting out of a gear issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the machine but tough to start in cold weathe I bought this machine for ice fishing and love everything about it... except it is nerve-wracking trying to start it in cold temps. Thankfully the battery seems to hold up well but cranking the machine for 10 minutes getting it to pop off can't be good long-term.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great ride Haven't been disappointed my side by side yet. Good looking and I like the new style and find it very easy to clean up after your in a little mud. I like a clean ride and after taking it in the mud, it takes hours to clean up in the past and now it doesn't take but a few minutes. Another big deal is the not getting so much dust in the cab. I ride on some dirt roads and in the past, I've tried everything to keep it out of the cab and still have a roof and window. The new aerodynamics has made the dirt road ride much more enjoyable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great upgrades I have owned many Polaris vehicles (4 rangers,3 Atvs,2 jet skis)and never had warranty problems until this unit.Ranger was making noise and Polaris refused to find the problem even after consulting tech support!!!!!!Very, very disappointed in Polaris.Guys at Family Power Sports stepped up and helped me,thanks to them, not Polaris!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth ride Much quicker than my Kubota utv only real complaint is the noise it has when it is not in 4 we. It will only appears in 2 or 1 wheel drive I was told it was a known problem by Polaris and it is being worked on. You do not have “room” at the dealership to get up to speed to hear it. I am told it is not damaging the unit but it sounds terrible. If I knew of th issue it may have influenced my purchasing decision

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love the newness of my new 1000 Ranger I just really like the difference in this machine versus my 2010. Noticeable increase in power. I probably like having power steering more than any of the features though. Probably my only disappointment is that I've tried to find seat covers for this unit and they're not available for the Ranger XP 1000 base unit. With the full width 1 piece back on the base unit I've learned you can't find them so I have to buy the whole kit and only be able to use the seat bottoms portion of the kit because the back rest comes in 60/40 split and I don't have 60/40 back rest so I'm wasting a little money. My dog loves to ride so I have to have seat covers to protect the seats.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could be better. I’ve had my Ranger for 3 months & have put about 2800 miles on it. I use it for ranch work. The clutches aren’t working right & the front driveshaft is very loose on the splines of the front differential. The cab leaks plenty of rain even when not being driven. The machine has lots of power & I like the redesigned dash.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality frustration I bought my XP1000 in May and have been reluctant to do this survey. I traded my 2014 XP900 for this one and quite frankly wish I hadn't. My confidence in the quality of parts took a big hit. First I'm regretting purchasing the super expensive 3 position windshield that rattles uncontrollably in the open position. Polaris won't stand behind it. I recently took my XP1000 in for its first maintenance and find I have a busted rear axle. I use my new Ranger the same way I used my 2014 XP900 and had zero problems with it. Guess what? Polaris won't cover the broken axle either...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good design and features, HORRIBLE RELIABILITY Wrote a longer review earlier, but couldn’t submit it because this site forces you to disable ad blockers. The bad: If this wasn’t my only option with HVAC, I would trade it in a heartbeat. Has been in the shop for a month dealing with clutch issue. Shifter is rough. Ride is not as smooth as my Kawasaki Mule Pro. The good: looks awesome. HVAC is a game-changer, and should be added to General too. Pulse bar and switch cutouts makes it easy to add accessories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful, quiet and dust free UTV! This is my 3rd Ranger as I just happen to get the next generation each time and each time the new ride is a much improved version. I replaced an XP 900 with this XP 1000 and I can't believe the power difference and the hard nabs is so much quieter and almost dust free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and power Bought my Ranger Xp 1000 back in April. It has been worth every penny, especially during the Covid-19 crisis. I can't think of many other ways to get out for some recreation. Camping and riding are all about distancing from other people and is great for mental health! Here at home my Polaris makes working on my two acre lot a lot easier. It really comes in handy when checking the farm property. This purchase was my second Polaris Ranger. The first one was a 2007 700 XP. It is still running great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Vehicle Bought it 4 months ago for the farm and have really enjoyed it! Got a great deal from Shawnee Oklahoma Polaris dealership and will go back there if ever decide to trade it. Only negative is add parts, e.g. rear bumper and front brush guard/bumper are a pain because of the lack of instruction and things not being where they are supposed to be. For example, the rear bumper required me to have to relocate the wiring harness to the rear lights because they ran it under the bed support beam instead of above it. The front brush guard/bumper instructors are horrible. For example they have left and right reversed and the schematics are so poor you can’t see what really goes where. For the aftermarket add ons not sold by Polaris it’s right the opposite, the instructions have been great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from s x s the grand kids love it, it serves the purpose but i dont like the 'clunking ' when u put it into gear sounds like the linkage or something is not properly lubricated tho when back for servicing they said supposed to sound like that!!!!!!!!!!!! i really had trouble w the shifting when new had to use a lot of force to change gears (r n l or high) now it has gotten easier or maybe i am just used to the 'force' required to get in gear

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Toy I purchased my ranger back in November and have enjoyed it to the fullest. I use it for hunting and also for recreational with the family and have had no complaints. My most recent trip to the mountains of New Mexico allowed me to test it’s durability and ruggedness. And while out on the trip I teamed up with other people who happened to be driving other brand vehicles and they did not perform at well as they were advertised..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Horrible quality. Paint came off the welds 2 weeks after owning it. Broke a front axle with stock tires after owning it a month. The stock airbox doesnt seal and allows dust in the engine. Front wheel bearings are sloppy after 40 hours and zero mud or water riding. Will never own another Polaris. I sold it with less than 50 hours and bought a quality machine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, we are happy with the 570 crew. Why are lights not on switch opposed to key? Why is there no high beam on headlights? Why not have a key way for reverse so it is easier to find? Why not have it’s own e brake? Why do belts wear out quicker running in high gear (850 mi fort belt blown)? Why does 2 piece roof open towards front which forces water into crack and roof to leak? Why are half doors not made for the 570 crew?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable powerful transportation Is the only UTV that fit inside the new Core fish house adventure trailer with a full cab installed that can pull the house on the lake, crew cab enclosure keeps the passengers out of the wind and elements. Load into the trailer and tow it protected down the highway. Purchased this combo at the beginning of the ice season and I’d say it’s the real deal for adventurous ice fishermen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One BAD Machine, we Love it! This is one bad machine, we love it! Big enough for my family of 4 and Labrador, on the hunting lease in Arkansas. My only complaint is that it needed to be lifted, the factory settings are too low to the ground causing it to easily be hi-centered. We put a 4" lift on it and now it will go through just about any terrain Arkansas has to offer. There is not much this Ranger can't do!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sweet machine This is the first Polaris I've owned and it is a nice machine, very comfortable and smooth riding, I bought it for hunting and working my lease and I have had it in some very unforgiving places and it has brought me out every time with no problem. I only wish that Polaris would include the under body guards from factory, they are a must have, other than that it's a sweet machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Productivity Booster! Been struggling to gain control of the 100+ acre fixer-upper farm I bought a year ago. Lots of time burned walking back and forth to get the right tools or slow roll brush from places too tight for the tractor in a wheel barrow. This Polaris has made all the difference, getting me to the work site fast, hauling all manner of gear and timber easily. Money well spent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good balance This unit is a good compromise. My early gripe is price (still to high for What it is- negligible development costs compared to car and it's still expensive)hence no fourth star. For the price I should have the option of more included features. However it offers a nice capability for passengers and gear. I don't understand why I cannot hold 5 or 6 passengers, it's big enough. It's attractive looking. Importantly (my favorite thing) it has a modest size compared to competitors. It's mid size nature maybe it's best attribute for storage, transportation and trail use. The snap and play design of accessories is great and shows good forethought. Sadly a big reason it's missing What could be a 5th star, is the noisy engine. All that money I spent should easily pay for an engine that's more powerful yet refined. i haven't had reliability issues yet, but also sadly, I have been told to have lower expectations than I do. I am an optimist so I will continue to dutifully maintain it because I am type a. On my wish list- It would be nice if the battery was more accessible and if the stock tires didn't easily puncture on the forest trail debris, I mean cmon. Small sticks and pine cones and whatnot shouldn't worry me. They also show wear too early. Top speed is great (don't need more) but low end grunt and acceleration to speed I wish were quicker.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Ride We are very happy with the Ranger Crew 570. Plenty of power and speed. I could see were the power steering would be a nice feature. Our only complaint is when shifting to reverse the gear is hard to find. Would be nice to have electronic shift. Other than that we have a great time on it and it works our farm harder than we do!!! Great buy!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable ride I’ve had my ranger a few months now. Love the machine. It does everything I want it to do. Although I do have two complaints. In my opinion factory warranty is way too short without having to pay for more. Second is the steering arm makes a clicking noise when turning while going slow or sitting still.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need more inpr I don't like the following. 1. It is so hard to see how much the fuel Gage is showing. It's hard to read when you look at it. You have to look at it so many different ways. It is in the worst please. This is very disappointed tool on this vehicle.. 2. Having a very hard time getting it to move from N.to R. 3. I dislike the headlights have a hard time seeing when I use the snow plow. Wish it had high beams. 4 Cold air coming into the cab around the steering wheel 5. It's so loud. 6. I will not buy another one from this dealer. They just wanted to make a sale. I have talked to other owner and I wish I would of went somewhere else. No one has called me up to see how I'm getting along with it or how they could help me. Their part are to high. These are why I giving you a low rating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great ride, large enough to do work I bought this machine to replace an old Kawasaki mule. This machine is way better in terms of suspension. It rides great. Reliable so far with about 30 hours. I like the large bed. Engine has plenty of power. The fan blowing hot air on your knees and feet is really annoying in the Texas summer. I have no idea why that hasn’t been changed. This machine really needs power steering, but it isn’t an option. It’s a little too large/heavy to drive over rough terrain with no EPS. I can drive it, but my daughter really can’t over terrain due to lack of eps. That said, long term I’m hoping no eps helps it stay simple and reliable. Factory 4 ply tires probably should come with 5 or 6 ply Already flat. The dealer was good, the folks at Polaris just seem nicer than the arrogant Kawi salesmen. All in all, I would buy it again, especially if they added power steering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Safe and strong I like my six seater Polaris so much I have bought 2. It is safe for my little grandchildren with the seatbelts. It is very strong in the field with the power wench in front. It is easy to drive and strong in the forest. The Polaris power washes up beautiful and shiny. When we use the Polaris we all smile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grandkids Express I like my 6 seater Polaris with seat belts so much. It is great for the 1-12 year olds. Even Grandma Kerr at 98 likes the easy smooth ride over hill and dale, the suspension really works. I bought a second 6 seater Polaris after 6 months. I love them and a game changer at the farm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Large and Tough Very well built machine. The full size provides comfort and room for the grandkids. Only negative is the steering. If you can afford it get the power steering option. We have the crew model and remember it has a wide turning radius..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good comfortable ride. Decent fit and finish I use it mostly for trail riding at my hunting camp. I have had multiple bolts come loose and fall out and I had to replace. Also when putting into gear the Belt feels like it slips and then jerks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 570 vs 1000 Anyday 570 has much more value than the 1000 in my opinion. Same speed basically and don’t have the torque to break drivetrain. Gets around like a champ. 570-6

RANGER CREW XP 1000
Starting at $21,999 CA MSRP

Built for industry-leading power and capability, to tackle any job and any trail. It's the toughest RANGER® yet, with room for 6 to bring the full crew.

2019 RANGER CREW XP 1000 EPS Sage Green is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 537.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great new interior!!! Owned this for about 3 mos and it’s exactly as promised. Best UTV on the market. Only complaint is the shift column is a little tricky. Chain slips if you don’t make sure you “jam” it in high. Ride is exceptional. New stabilizers and body style is well worth the price tag. Most in cabin room on the market, has cup holders for every passenger (which is a big deal!). Only thing I would change is I wish Polaris would offer a longer term on their warranty. Never had a problem on any of my old rides, but there is just a good feeling that the manufacturer would stand behind you longer than the 6 mos (which is nothing).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this in the winter, and it worked well for a few weeks, then loss power and error said due to belt slippage. It's been in service for over 2 weeks and the dealer says it has happened many times and Polaris is not taking responsibility for the warranty. If they fix it with OEM parts, it cancels the warranty, and yet, Polaris has not found a permanent solution. Spent plenty on this vehicle and it is not working?! Disappointed to say the least.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ranger xp1000 We purchased our ranger 2/28/2020 after which is has had a Ecu recall no big deal took about 30 minutes for dealer take care of . After we got home the clutch hung up so it wouldn’t not completely stop. After 4 weeks at dealer we got it back rode 15 miles engine light came on machine went in to limp mode. Gas pedal Wiring at the connection clip shorted out 1 week at dealer to replace part. The whole family enjoys our ranger when we get to ride it .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nickel and dime I paid an exorbitant amount for a machine that was supposed to have all the bells and whistles and the website says that the dash speakers are stock on my vehicle. When I contacted the dealer, they contacted Polaris. Polaris said the website is wrong and I have to pay to buy the speakers and then pay to have them installed. A friend bought the same exact machine a month earlier and his came with the dash speakers. After speaking with customer service personally they made good and gave me a credit to purchase the speakers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from its been a great machine Its been a great machine and has done everything I wanted it to do ,but there is always a few things that need attention , I am in sales and always appreciate feed back on the products I sell Cab is louder than I expected. I have quieted it down by 50% Battery cable was loose Door weather stripping needs to be glued , come off when iced up Blower fan heater is to loud , plenty of air movement just to loud Windows work there way down A net catch all behind the front seat would be nice, everything you put on the seat ends up on the rear floor I had a 900 regular cab for one year put 3600 miles on it have 1500 on this one since December 15th could use more HP Most of the miles have been with tracks riding in below zero temps , I insulated the vents to the rear huge difference

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lots of fun I trade in a 2019 North star crew with 4000 mi . I had differential issues in the front and rear new roof, three clutch replacements, Polaris took care of all of these issues but with the warranty ending I either had to buy an extended warranty or trade for a new one . The price that I ended up trading for didn't justify buying a warranty and having a two year old machine with a lot of miles. Purchased the 2020 with ride command , cab seems a little tighter , wish list would be , delay wiper, more horse power { just seems a little flat ,so did the 2019} better radio antenna.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good ideas! cheaply put together I have owned it for around 3 months. Came with a bad AC fitting after 3 times in the shop it was finally fixed. After about 200 miles there is a clunking noise in the front driver side when you turn. Dealers can’t find where it’s coming from. Leaks water through the roof and windshield whipper box. Super loud inside the cab from engine noise. Very expensive to have this many issues and nobody at Polaris really seems to care.
Date published: 2020-11-19
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Marginal Machine The machine is ok. Customer service from corporate is terrible. I bought it for work because it had the biggest engine in it's class but it's still sluggish and lags on acceleration. Accessories are overpriced. I probably wouldn't buy this machine from Polaris if I had to do it over.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You have a Few things to work on!! I now have 200 miles on the ranger---Please work on the shifting, its very primitive & cumbersome. The front seat should be able to recline just slightly!! Cab noise is a little excessive. I love the front windshield washing system!! I use it all the time with the mud while hunting----you need to get the mud/dirt so it get to the bottom of the windshield or past the field of view looking out of the passenger side. These should be easy important fixes for the designers/ engineers at Polaris. A Great machine that needs some polishing in a few small areas.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features My wife and I bought our ranger in September 2019 and have only one complaint. Dust control, but that is part of it so it’s not that big of a deal for us. It does everything we need and more. looks to be built very well and should last us for many years to come

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Bought a new ranger a few months ago. One of the CV axles broke whole turning around in the yard causing the rearend to blow out. Took it to get it fixed and now the cv axle won't stay in the rearend and there is a horrible popping noise in the rearend now

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handles great! Love my new ride. It handles better than my Mule but it is not as smooth a ride. Sits better than mule. Very happy with it over all. I hate the canvas doors. Wish it had half hard doors. They are much safer and keep the dust out better.
Date published: 2019-11-20
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love & Hate Relationship I really like the looks. Seats are great. Decent power, although I might have expected more. This is my first crew and the length takes some getting used to, but it's growing on me. I put front and rear glass in it and am very disappointed in the amount of dust that swirls around in the cab. I see doors in my future. Also disappointed in the shifting. It is not easy to shift, especially into high and also pops out of gear on occasion.
Date published: 2020-06-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meets my expectations. I bought my Ranger back in Aug. I am very pleased with the purchase. The Ranger has met my expectation and more. I mainly use it in Hill Country. My Ranger runs very quiet, smooth riding and has a lot of power when needed.
Date published: 2019-11-06
Rated 3 out of 5 by from mechanical problems! I had the machine home for an hour when a fuse blew. The next week the shift cable broke. After one month the track fell off. Polaris does not stand behind the product and the dealer lacks knowledge of the machine.
Date published: 2019-01-29
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is my first off-road vehicle I am very impressed with the ride and how well it handles in different types of riding conditions. After doing my research and talking with other owners of off-road vehicles it was clear that i was going to purchase a Polaris. The only thing that i would say i'm some what disappointed in and keeps me from giving 5 stars is i have only 35 hours on this unit and i have paint chipping lose in some areas where it was welded on the frame.
Date published: 2019-11-22
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed!! This is our second Polaris! We only had it a couple weeks! Something happened to the tire while I was driving it and it jerked me! Polaris is denying to fix it saying it’s not their fault! I will NEVER buy another Polaris since they can’t fix something that was their fault!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent vehicle Great comfort With the heat in Texas-this is the answer This is my 3rd Polaris and the best one yet-great ride and comfort, your not eating dust with this vehicle We also own a 2015 crew 900 and crew 570

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Jury is still out on this one Tight cab system. Well designed. Only problem so far is AC can't compete with with Louisiana summer heat. It cost as much as a truck. This is my second crew cab and probably my 7th Ranger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flat out awesome machine. Bought my 1000xp crew in October 2018. Love everything about it. Traded my 900 xp in towards it. I was nervous that the wheel base of the crew was goin to be to much compared to my 900xp. The turning radius of my new 1000 is much tighter than my 900 was. It gets around just as good if not better than my old one. The suspension and ride is far superior also which is hard to believe but it’s true. The features the cab are much better. The storage and cup holders is crazy. Polaris has once again outdone the competition in every aspect with this machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth, Quiet Ride I've owned a Kawasaki Teryx and several Yamaha ATVs and UTVs. This is my first Polaris and I'm very happy I made the switch. My Ranger XP 1000 Crew is the perfect combination of comfort and power. The 82hp engine allows the whole family along with all of our gear to pile in and hit the trails. The smooth suspension and quiet cab allow for normal conversation or cranking up the tunes on any terrain. We love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Injector Problems I purchased this 2019 (2019) Ranger Crew XP1000 new 5-9-18. Unit went into limp mode 5-12-18. Took to dealer 5-15-18. Took 8 days to diagnose and repair a failed injector On 5-23-18 I picked unit up. Then on 7-11-18 the unit went into limp mode again. Took back to dealer and same problem was diagnosed-and was the injector that had been replaced. On 7-31-18 I picked the unit up..... This has been the only let down so far. The only reason I give Fair ratings and not higher ratings is due to having only 45 miles on the unit so far as of 8-15-18 and I have not really been able to use the unit due to it being in limp mode the majority of the time I have owned it. The other Ranger crew XP800 I owned for 6 years was problem free....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good product Not happy, shifts hard, 2 times in for warranty work and still having problems. Owned for 2 months. Not happy.
Date published: 2020-07-22
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great UTV but had problems with axles I bought new in December 2018 and to date have only been able to put 15 hours on it. The factory installed the wrong axle per the manufacture date code on the drivers side. The dealer didn't figure it out until I told them to contact Polaris and tell them I wanted a new vehicle since I was in and out of the shop 3 times. Now that it's finally fixed I'm really enjoying it but I did loose 3 months of fun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality XP We bought this at the end of last year for the farm. Have yet to use it for work in the fields but from driving it around we love the quality. It steers easy and feels solid. The transmission gives enough selection for whatever it is you need to do from maneuvering in tight spots in buildings to a performance setting for running down the road. Can't wait to take it to some trails for a get away this summer. We are also tall people with most of us at 6 foot or more and found the extra room in this model necessary. It's a good machine for us.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from needs attention to detail this is my third ranger sense 2015(570 crew, bought my father a 570 midsize)i now have a XP 1000 Northstar,I am happy with the machine for the most part but do have some complaints, for the cost of this machine there should be a little more attention to detail.dust in the cab,I am slowly plugging holes left open through out the interior, also adding seals to the compartments under rear seat, bad vibration at 20-25 miles per hour,a/c needs an electric fan in front of condenser, also mud protection at rear cab area under bed, that would make this machine untouchable in the market.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from mechanical problems! I had the machine home for an hour when a fuse blew. The next week the shift cable broke. After one month the track fell off. Polaris does not stand behind the product and the dealer lacks knowledge of the machine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great vehicle, but..... We love the performance of the Ranger but we broke the rear spring. Normal driving with some steeps and rocky roads, no sand or jumps.
