RANGER 570

LEADING THE MID-SIZE PACK

2020 RANGER® 570 SAGE GREEN is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 461.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work horse. What a work horse. Needed some additional muscle around the cabin and the Ranger has work out better than expected. From hauling brush, leaves and grass to pulling large branches and hauling rocks this Ranger can do it all. Can’t wait to get the plow attachment for keeping the driveway clear of snow this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from As I see it While my Ranger isn't an every day nor week vehicle, it does work. BUT, not as expected. The shift lever does not move smoothly, more like forcing it. The take-off is not immediate but is slow to get going. For my use I needed an enclosed cab. The doors fit so poorly you have to slam and I mean hard. The driver's "cage" dimension is less than the passenger side so requires more effort yet. Sometimes I have to exit on the passenger side. As far as starting the engine, it's good. Once under way, it's good. The appearance is good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cab The 570 edition is a little louder than the larger motor editions. Like everything else

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I am happy with every part of my ranger 570, except the gear shifter. It is super hard to get the gear selector from park up to low and high. Most times it takes several try’s to get reverse engaged. I am told that is just how they are. Seems like the problem could be solved by an engineer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good little workhorse. I bought this a short time ago and use it daily around the property which includes a vineyard. I bought the midsize model in order to get between the rows of vines. This is my second Ranger and this is the exactly the same configuration as my first Ranger. That should tell you something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snow plow I bought the Ranger and a snow plow to do exactly that, plow snow and it did a great job with our 10 inch snow. I have a 350 ft driveway that it handled with ease and then I plowed the road I live on down to the corner since it did not look like the county was coming anytime soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine for Maintenence and grounds work Ranger 570 is used daily in maintenance and grounds. It is easily maneuvered in tight spaces and gets around with little effort. A snow plow was added and does an excellent job when compared to other equipment. Plenty of power in a 570 to move several inches of snow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for landowners! Gets me all over our little piece of the world. Gets me over the rough areas the hogs have rooted up. Gets through the squishy and swampy areas after it rains. Herds cattle, does doggy joy rides, hauls firewood, etc. I'm very pleased with our purchase, no regrets!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Budget Friendly Machine I traded my sportsman 570 ATV for this Ranger 570 midsize and it’s been a great machine. We just went trail riding with friends and all of them were running larger machines, Mavericks, Rzrs, Ranger 1000’s & Generals. I went everywhere the “big boys” went and never felt the need for more power. The midsize was an added benefit as my machine left the trails unscathed where others will be ordering some new plastics.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Comfort and Performance Performance, comfort and handling are my 570’s strong points. Would like a bit more ground clearance. Love the lock n ride functionality of adding or removing accessories such as the dual gun scabbards that just clear the two medium size dog kennels.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New Polaris opinion I bought my ranger 12/27/2019. After operating for approximately 10 hours, it died a sudden death in a remote area. Returned to dealership for diagnosis and repair. After a week trying unsuccessfully to identify the problem, Polaris sent a replacement engine to my dealer. Not a good first Impression but satisfied since. Dealership A+ for sales & service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chore Boss I fire up my Ranger in all weather! We have very cold days/nights in Saskatchewan but I must look after my animals and/or push snow. Being a small woman I have no issues operating it. Very simple and straight forward!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yard worker I use the Ranger for work around my property and plowing snow. Biggest complaint however is the difficulty in shifting the automatic transmission. It is incredibly stiff and even take two hands at times.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The upgrade. Bought this unit to replace 1995 Polaris 6x6 that threw a drive chain. Didn't have time for repair. Plus, like that it is side by side so easier to ride. Always own Polaris units

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EPS a MUST. So much more enjoyable Nice, comfortable, easy for my wife to steer, roomy for 2, plenty of payload a great all around machine. Price was good for what you receive. Like the endless accessories available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need leg room I bought less than 3 months ago and am selling due to insufficient body and leg room. Getting in and out is too tight. Constantly hitting knees on dash protrusion below steering column. When putting it in park, the shifter lands on my knee. Poor design. Also gussets around hitch and material thickness, too light and sloppy edges from burning parts

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ranger review Reasonably happy with most features of this machine, the turning circle of the machine is bad, always thinking I should be able to turn but end up reversing and it is really bad to get into reverse, you think it is in reverse and you end up revving it up and going no where!! apart from that pleased with the machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ranger Have not taken it on trail rides but I think it will handle them just fine! Use it as a utility vehicle around our 3 acre homestead and it does great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for a snow plow. I bought this to keep our drive clear in the winter. The plow attachment is awesome!! We live up a steep hill and the polaris is up to the task.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Polaris!! I would never drive our four wheeler but I love the Ranger. So easy to drive and sure can climb those hills. Plenty of hauling room!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the ease in adding features We had 3 Polaris 2 up's before this machine. Best move we've made. We are both 68 years young, so the SxS is a super move.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I purchased this a few months ago & I added on the full glass windshield which I highly recommend if you are considering this unit. Does the job! The tilt box is helpful for dumping after cleaning up the yard, the seats are comfortable, and the steering is easy. Not a whole lot of leg room but I assume that is a standard thing for these smaller vehicles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice SxS Bought this unit three months ago and have only put 300 km on it. So far it seems like a good machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The title allows us to ride on dedicated ATV roads I just love my Polaris Side By. I am retired and I go on a road trip with my Polaris at least 3-4 times a week and ride sometimes for 4-5 hours. I never thought I would enjoy my Polaris as much as i do. I have installed a set of side mirrors and signal lights and with the winter coming I am glad I bought it with the hard doors. They are great.
