Replacement parts for your Polaris RANGER can be identified and ordered using the Polaris online parts catalog.
To find a part, visit the RANGER online parts catalog.
From the drop-down menu, select the year and model of your RANGER and then click Go.
You can also log in to your Polaris account to view parts for a vehicle in your garage.
Or enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
You then will be prompted to choose an assembly.
For example, let’s say we need to order a new ball joint for the front suspension. We’ll select SUSPENSION, FRONT.
After selecting the assembly, you’ll see a diagram — which can be zoomed in or out — with part numbers that correspond to the listings below.
The ball-joint is item 4. So if we scroll down to 4, we’ll find that it is part number 7082557 and costs $64.99. Here it also can be added to your shopping cart. Note that the default quantity is the number that comes with the complete assembly. In this case, that is two. To only order one, change the quantity to 1 before adding it to your cart. Note that some parts, such as the selected ball-joint must be ordered through a Polaris Dealer. To order this part, contact your Polaris Dealer and provide them the part number and quantity you wish to purchase.
To find a dealer near you, use the Dealer Locator.
Note that some older parts displayed in the parts catalog no longer are available from Polaris. Contact your local Polaris Dealer for availability. Additionally, any item shown on the schematic comes as a unit of 1. If you need multiples of an item you must adjust the amount you order.
Consumer warning: In order for work to be performed safely and correctly, many parts replacement procedures and repair procedures must be done by trained Polaris service technicians in a properly equipped shop. You must read the service manual and be familiar with the service procedures before starting the work. Certain procedures require the use of special tools that are not available to the general public and your dealer will have to perform these procedures for you as necessary. If you have any doubt as to your ability to perform any of the procedures outlined in the service manual, contact an authorized Polaris Dealer for service. Procedures indicated to be performed by dealers only could void your warranty if performed incorrectly. The failure to follow correct procedures and use correct tools could result in serious injury or death.
